Okay look, I'll be the first to admit that I used to absolutely loved candles. I had a friend who sold Party Lite and those suckers were my favorite, I had enough to stock a small store front - no joke! However, once I learned about essential oils, I also learned that my candles, plug-ins and various other "scents" were one of the biggest toxins I had in my home. Boo hoo, I couldn't believe it. I was devastated. Not just because of all the money I had invested in my home's aroma, but because I genuinely thought I was going to be missing out if I gave up my fun candles and other fun scents. Guess what? I don't! I have way more fun with making concoctions with my essential oils and knowing that they are safe and are providing health benefits to my family along with the yummy aroma is a double bonus.
I want to share with you two of my favorite blends for the holiday's: Holiday Joy and Holiday Peace. Now these two blends are ready-made for the diffuser and smell amazing on their own, but you can also get creative and add these blends along with some other oils to create some truly unique-n-yummy diffuser blends, like the Christmas Night recipe below.
