Guide to New Year Healthy Habits

First things first...HAPPY NEW YEAR! I've said all along, I don't want 2020 to end if the drama is going to continue in 2021. I realize that we have no control over the worldly drama, but we do have control over our attitudes about it. Looking at life with your positive pants on is easier said that done sometimes, but something I strive for on the daily.  



Now that we've left 2020 behind, I'm sure you're ready to tackle some new resolutions. Now, I not a fan of the word "resolutions," this is a firm decision to do or not do something, so to me this is just stating something (ie: loose weight, workout more, drink more water, etc.). Instead of resolutions, I prefer to build healthy habits - a regular practice that's hard to give up. 


Here are some essential oil rollers to help you anchor in and support those health habits you're looking to accomplish this year. As you can see they range from evoking a certain feeling, like being joyful to helping your with your immunity and fitness goals.
