Refreshing Summer Drinks

Staying hydrated in the summer is imperative - it keeps the body cool, ensures cells are nutrient-rich, plus it keeps our joints and organs functioning properly. Water is the easiest and best solution, but sometimes we just want something fun and refreshing, so I've got two summer drinks that I think will satisfy your craving for something delicious and simple.

Raspberry Limeade (Servings: 20) 

INGREDIENTS: 
Raspberry Puree
2 cups Raspberries
1/2 cup Sugar or Honey
1 cup Water

Drink
Limes
Sparkling Water
Lime Essential Oil
Ice (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
In a small saucepan, combine puree ingredients. Cook until sugar has dissolved. Cool and strain. To serve, add raspberry puree (around 2 tbls), ice, juice of one lime, and 1-2 drops Lime essential oil to a glass. Top with sparkling water.

TIP: Garnish with limes and raspberries for a pretty presentation and added goodness.

Tangerine Paradise Punch (Servings: 12) 

INGREDIENTS:
1 quart Lemonade
3 drops Tangerine Essential Oil
1 cup Orange Juice
2 cups Tropical Frozen Fruit

INSTRUCTIONS:
Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour juice into pitcher or cup.

TIP: Put leftover frozen fruit in pitcher/cup for a pretty garnish and to help the drink stay cold.
