Roller Recipes - AFFLICTIONS

One of the fastest and simplest ways to experience the benefits of essential oils is to apply them topically. Topical application allows you to target specific areas of the body to achieve a wide variety of support. Plus applying essential oils topically is safe, effective, and a great way to absorb and utilize the vast chemical properties of an oil. Enter the invention of the roller bottle. This wonderful device is perfect for creating essential oil recipes and pre-diluting them with a carrier oil to make them safe for all ages. If you didn't see my post on roller recipe tips, check that out - it gives you dilution tips, oil safety, supplies and more.
