AUTUMN GLOW COFFEE SCRUB
Packed with natural ingredients and essential oils, this scrub is perfect for exfoliating and rejuvenating your skin.

¼ cup ground coffee
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup fractionated coconut oil
Mix all three ingredients together and store in an airtight container. To use, apply to wet skin, massage it in, rise and pat dry.

SPICED VANILLA LIP BALM
This spiced vanilla lip balm is perfect for keeping your lips nourished and adding a touch of seasonal charm. Here’s how to whip up your batch:

2 tsp beeswax
1 ½ tsp cocoa butter
5 tsp fractionated coconut oil
4 drops vitamin E oil
¼ tsp honey
8 drops Vanilla essential oil
3 drops each: Ginger & Cassia essential oil
Melt the beeswax, cocoa butter and fractionated coconut oil together using a double boiler until completely liquid. Stir with a wooden craft stick. Remove from heat and blend in the vitamin E, honey and all 3 of the essential oils mixing thoroughly. Pour mixture into empty lip balm tubes or containers and let it cool and solidify.

AROMATIC MASSAGE OIL
Enhance any massage experience with this soothing blend of essential oils. This aromatic oil offers a perfect mix of spicy, woody, and floral scents, while grapeseed oil keeps your skin feeling soft and nourished.

8 drops Lavender
5 drops each: Ginger, Wild Orange & Hawaiian Sandalwood
2 drops Cassia
¼ cup carrier oil
In a small glass bottle, combine carrier oil (fractionated coconut, jojoba, almond, grapeseed, etc.) with the essential oils. Close the bottle and shake well to mix the oils together. Apply a small amount to your palms, warm the oil by rubbing your hands together, and gently massage into the skin.

PUMPKIN SPICE BODY BUTTER
Treat your skin with a homemade pumpkin spice body butter that’s as indulgent in aroma as it is nourishing.

1 cup shea butter
1 tbls coconut oil
5 drops each: Cinnamon & Ginger essential oils
10 drops Wild Orange essential oil
20 drops Vanilla essential oil
Melt shea butter and coconut oil together using a double boiler, over low heat until fully combined. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. While it's still liquid add the essential oils and still well to incorporate. Place mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, or until it begins to thicken but is not fully solidified. Using a hand mixer, whip the body butter until light and fluffy. Transfer to a glass jar with a tight lid and store in a cool, dry place. The body butter will firm up over time but will melt into your skin when applied.

AUTUMN WOODS HAND CREAM
Creating your own hand cream at home is a wonderful way to ensure that your skin is nourished especially during the colder months when skin tends to become dry and cracked. Try applying right before bed to help repair and moisturize your hands overnight.😉

¼ cup shea butter
¼ cup coconut oil
2 tbls beeswax pellets
1 tbls almond oil or jojoba oil
5 drops Patchouli essential oil
10 drops Black Spruce essential oil
Melt shea butter, coconut oil and beeswax together using a double boiler, stirring occasionally until fully melted and combined. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Before it begins to solidify add the remaining oils and still well. Store in an airtight glass jar, in a cool, dry place.  *Alternatively you can start with an 8oz unscented hand cream and add the essential oils you desire.
