I offer a variety of complimentary services, check out the Wellness Menu below:

• Complementary health & wellness consultation. Typically done via Zoom, unless you live in the Denver Metro area. They are low-key and designed to address your specific needs and questions.
• Schedule your own customized Make & Take Class. The class and education are free for all attendees. Each guest has the opportunity to make one or more roller bottles with various essential oils (oils will vary depending on the topic). The filled roller bottles are just $5 each. The host gets to pick their class topic/theme, date/time, and will receive up to 3 oil blends for free. 
• Join us an an existing event. The Essential Oil Experience (aka EO 101) class, is a great one for beginners.
• I am AromaTouch Certified and offer FREE AromaTouch hand or body massages. A hand massage takes just a few minutes. We'll use an oil or oil blend that resonates with the mood or feeling you'd like to achieve. An AromaTouch body massage will take 30 to 45 minutes. I have a travel massage table, so these can be scheduled at my home or a location of your choice. While these are free, gratuity is appreciated - especially if I come to you.  
• Implement a Wellness Workshop series for your business (employee or customer perk). Wellness Workshops are a great way to provide employees or customers with fun and beneficial education on safe, effective and natural solutions to their overall health and wellness. *Options are available for a one-time workshop, 6 week, 8 week, or 1 year (1x per month for a year). We're flexible and will work with you to customize a workshop series at a length and with the topics you choose that will best suit your culture and needs.
• Learn how you can get your oils for free, earn a little extra mula or build a successful business - by partnering with me, my team and doTERRA. Depending on your goals it can be hard work, yes, but that's what you have me for - I plug you into free training, education and pour my time into helping you grow and be successful.
