Germs are EVERYWHERE! But, we often don't think about supporting our immune systems until it's too late and we're already feeling under the weather. Supporting our immune systems can be very complex, so we have to look at our body as a whole. Exercising, eating healthy and getting quality sleep are super important and play a major role in having a healthy immune system. We can make simple choices too, like washing our hands, especially before we eat.
Even those of us who eat a balanced, healthy diet can still get sick, so one of the tricks we use in my house is to supplement. My favorite product for this is doTERRA's Lifelong Vitality supplements. These are specifically designed with our Western diets in mind and provide our body with the right amount of the vitamins, nutrients and essential oils without mega dosing. These have been extremely profound in the overall health of my entire family.
One of the the best essential oils to use to support our immune systems is doTERRA's On Guard. TIPS FOR BOOSTING THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

Taking essential oils internally is a good way to utilize their immune-boosting properties.* Other oils like Oregano, Frankincense and Copaiba are powerful essential oils for supporting your immune system too.
